Lisa reunites with Chef Williams for the fourth time, continuing a mentorship that has shaped her culinary career for more than 15 years. After beginning her journey as a pastry cook in restaurants throughout the city, she found an invaluable guide in Chef Williams, whose leadership helped her refine her craft and grow into a confident and multifaceted chef. Under his tutelage, she broadened her skill set beyond pastry, taking on new challenges in both savory cooking and restaurant operations.

Her roles at Eataly and Beatrix as a multi-unit Chef and Manager further expanded her expertise, strengthening her abilities not only in the kitchen but also as a leader and operator. Lisa prides herself on fostering strong relationships with her cooks and paying forward the mentorship that shaped her own career. Nothing gives her more joy than seeing former team members thrive and advance in the industry.

Passionate about both pastry and savory cooking, Lisa is inspired by the power of food to evoke memories and create new ones. She strives to bring guests comfort, delight, and a sense of nostalgia by executing classics with a thoughtful, modern twist.
